Edythe Repoff initially joined New Omni Bank as executive vice president and general counsel. Her dedication and vision quickly propelled her to senior executive vice president, COO, and eventually, president. Her strategic influence has extended across every facet of the bank, serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 2011 and actively contributing to critical committees, including the Asset Liability, Directors’ Loan, Risk Management and Compliance, and Corporate Governance Committees. Under Repoff’s guidance, New Omni Bank has grown from $150 million to $550 million in assets. She has been instrumental in securing nearly $50 million in Tier 1 Capital through a mix of public and private funding, empowering the bank to expand its lending capabilities and better serve the community.
