Cardoza
Robert Cardoza has been promoted to chief operating officer of FirstService Residential, North America’s leading residential property management company. As COO, Cardoza will focus on high-impact areas: accelerating growth with developer partners, advancing the company’s service offerings, and enhancing consistency and innovation through operational excellence and resident care initiatives. He will also oversee core business units, including FirstService Development Advisors, Global Operations and Innovation, and Global Connectivity Programs.
Cardoza brings nearly 40 years of experience in community association planning and management. He most recently served as president of the West region, where he built high-performing teams and shaped best-in-class service delivery models for developers and condominium and homeowner association board members.
Throughout his career, Cardoza has championed associate empowerment and long-term client partnerships. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, contributes to various industry committees and councils, and frequently speaks at forums on residential development and association leadership.
Cardoza’s expanded role reflects FirstService Residential’s continued investment in forwardlooking solutions that meet the needs of today’s developers, board members, and residents.
