Seven Source, an agency that represents manufacturers of roofing and waterproofing products, has always been in Long Beach.

But it wasn’t until this month that it established an in-person office space after years of consistent growth. Prior to that, the company operated remotely.

Its new headquarters are located at 111 Ocean Blvd., in downtown Long Beach. The office will serve as a hub for conferences, meetings and educational training, fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders, the company said in a release.

Seven Source works with roofing contractors, architects and consultants.

Nigel Chiddick, the chief executive of Seven Source, said that as a small business, the company is proud to play a role in the economic vitality of downtown Long Beach.

“It is where small businesses are increasingly recognized as key drivers of growth,” Chiddick said in a statement.

Working with the community

Seven Source is looking forward to working closely with the Downtown Long Beach Alliance, a steward in shaping the growth of the area, to establish itself as an engaged member of the community, the company said.

Alliance Chief Executive Austin Metoyer said that by establishing its headquarters in downtown Long Beach, Seven Source contributes to the area’s economic momentum, creating new opportunities for collaboration, education and sustainable building solutions.

“This move not only supports the company’s growth but also strengthens Long Beach’s downtown ecosystem, helping to shape a more dynamic and resilient business landscape,” Metoyer said in a statement.

Chiddick has been in roofing and waterproofing sales industry for nearly 25 years. He joined Seven Source in 2018 and was named as president and chief executive in June of last year. The company has provided roofing supplies and waterproofing products through the companies it represents for such locations as SoFi Stadium, the Natural History Museum and UCLA.
