ROLLIE ALEXANDER JOINS AO AS PRINCIPAL, STRENGTHENING
HEALTHCARE STUDIO Leading full-service architecture firm, AO, is pleased to welcome Rollie Alexander, AIA, as Principal and leader of the firm’s Healthcare Studio, following the successful integration of Alexander + Hibbs, a respected Southern California architecture and planning firm he co-founded in 1995.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Alexander brings deep expertise in the design and execution of complex hospital environments, including radiology and MRI suites, infusion centers, cardiac catheterization laboratories, pharmacies, emergency departments, wellness centers, and CA Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD/HCAI)-regulated facilities. His technical knowledge, paired with a relationship-driven approach, has earned him the trust of leading regional healthcare clients such as Children’s Hospital of Orange County, MemorialCare Health System, St. Jude Medical Center, and HCA Healthcare.
Established in 2020, AO’s Healthcare Studio has quickly grown to deliver high-impact work in urgent care centers, outpatient clinics, and medical office buildings. The firm is rapidly expanding its healthcare practice across multiple sectors throughout California and beyond.
Alexander’s leadership, specialized portfolio and regional impact, will significantly enhance AO’s capabilities and broaden its impact across the healthcare sector. As Principal, Alexander will continue to serve his long-standing clients while expanding AO’s healthcare portfolio and furthering the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered design solutions.
