Roberto Barragan has been appointed Executive Director of ICON CDC, effective January 27, 2025. With nearly 40 years in nonprofit leadership, he is a nationally recognized expert in economic development loan funds, community finance, capacity building, and resource generation, specializing in community lending and economic development.
