Clandening’s extensive career has seen her contribute to diverse and high-profile projects that span multiple sectors, adapting to various roles, from project management to strategic growth leadership. As regional director of growth, she manages multiple markets throughout a wide geographic reach. Her hands-on expertise has consistently translated into measurable success for her clients and communities. She currently serves on the board of directors for the ACE Mentor Program, mentoring high school students to pursue careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.
