With over 38 years of experience, she is a managing principal at AC Martin, where she oversees the Higher Education, K-14, Civic, Aviation, and Special Services markets. O’Connell joined AC Martin in 2010 and sits on the Executive Committee of the firm, shaping its strategic direction.
O’Connell’s extensive portfolio includes large, complex projects that have reshaped the architectural landscape of California and beyond, including student housing, student success centers, and science and engineering buildings. She holds a leadership position on the Design-Build Institute of America Regional and National Boards, where she advances industry standards and practices for collaborative project delivery.
