In Kylene Oswald’s seven-year career she has been promoted four times, and has managed complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing fit-outs for some of the largest and most recognizable projects in Los Angeles, including the AC + Moxy Hotels in the South Park District.
Currently, Oswald is serving as a senior project manager and team lead on a complex luxury resort redevelopment on the beach in Santa Monica. She was tasked with taking increased responsibility in overseeing the finishes, financials and team and trade partner management for the project. Her engineering background and extensive project management work has provided her with a foundation for facilitating clear communication while remaining flexible and adaptable through shifting project conditions and environments.
