Jacqueline Reed, DBIA, is a pioneering force in the engineering and construction industries. As project development director for Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering, she provides critical leadership in the Los Angeles office and oversees company-wide client engagement and strategy. Her 13-year career in the general contracting industry includes positions at Kiewit as a field engineer, progressing to project engineer and finally to superintendent. She transitioned to pre-construction as a senior project manager at Clark Construction.
Reed has worked on projects leveraging various delivery methods, including design-build, and has experience working in many market sector types such as higher education, healthcare, civic, and aviation. Her projects total nearly $3 billion in development across North America.
