Berke Turktan, MBA, MCM, DRE, LEED® AP, has joined Perera Construction as the Project Executive leading our Healthcare Division. With over 25 years of experience in project development, due diligence, entitlement, finance, and construction, Berke brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
Having successfully delivered more than $2 billion in projects across Southern California, Berke has managed every aspect of multi-million-dollar projects, frequently exceeding $30 million. His extensive experience and leadership have enabled him to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and top professionals in the construction and development industry nationwide. We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the innovative impact he’ll bring to Perera Construction.
