Lilit Nersisyan is a principal in Withum’s Los Angeles Office with over 12 years of experience working with clients in the financial services industry. She specializes in financial reporting, GAAP, GAAS, and Alternative Investment Audits. Nersisyan began her career at KPMG and joined Withum in July 2023. In her current role, she supported the expansion of Withum’s Financial Services niche when Withum opened on the West Coast. She has helped build up the national practice by connecting East and West Coast teams, expanding regional clientele and training new hires.
Nersisyan’s key achievements since joining Withum 12 months ago include creating a streamlined audit process and designing effective internal control processes for team members to follow; and establishing a close relationship with Withum’s leadership on the East Coast to ensure clients and fund administrators are matched to the best personnel for their specific needs.
