In 2024, Wiklson joined GHJ’s Executive Committee, further solidifying her role as a key leader as she shapes the future of the firm. Wilson’s expertise helped establish GHJ Foundation in 2020, and she has continued to seek new ways to give back. In 2023, GHJ Foundation began a partnership with Groundswell, a platform that gives GHJ employees access to firm-matching funds.
