Joshua Hamilton leverages invaluable experience as a first chair trial lawyer to represent clients – ranging from emerging growth-stage startups through Fortune 500 companies, as well as financial institutions, investment firms, and partnerships – in their highest-stakes securities and corporate governance-related litigation and investigations; class action defense; entertainment, sports, and media disputes; and other complex commercial litigation.
Well-respected among his colleagues, Hamilton serves as co-chair of Latham’s Los Angeles and Century City Litigation & Trial Department. He also served for many years in leadership roles in the Los Angeles County and Federal Bar Associations.
