BWE announced that Jake Roberts, a 20-year veteran, has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as senior vice president. Roberts joins through the acquisition of Abundance Capital, which he founded in 2019. He specializes in advising clients on capital structures and securing financing for all commercial real estate asset types.
