Price founded video game developer Insomniac Games in 1994 as Extreme Software and serves as its chief executive. Insomniac is well acclaimed in the video games industry and has created successful franchises such as “Spyro,” “Sunset Overdrive” and “Ratchet and Clank.” Sony Interactive Entertainment acquired the studio in 2019 and since then has played a key role in drawing gamers to Sony’s PlayStation consoles. In addition to leading Insomniac, Price is on the board of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences.
