Co-Chief Executive, Rexford Industrial Realty Inc.
Frankel serves as co-chief executive of Brentwood-based Rexford Industrial Realty Inc., a company focused exclusively on creating value by investing in industrial properties throughout infill Southern California, along with Howard Schwimmer. Last year, the company’s annual revenue was $0.8 billion, up 26.4% from 2022. Frankel has been on the board and served as a co-chief executive officer since 2013. He was previously the chief financial officer of Rexford Industrial Realty and Management Inc. and a managing partner of Rexford Industrial and Rexford Sponsor. Prior to joining Rexford, Frankel served at C3, a private equity subsidiary of Comcast Corp. He has also worked with L.E.K. Consulting and Melchers and Co.
