Proptech startup Luxury Presence has introduced a 24/7 client support service and appointed a new director of support – its latest effort to extend personalized care and stay on top of agent demands.
Luxury Presence was founded by Malte Kramer in 2016 in Santa Monica. Although the firm has since relocated to Austin, Luxury Presence maintains an address in Los Angeles and continues to have a large number of employees in the area.
The company provides real estate growth marketing solutions to over 12,000 real estate professionals, serving both the U.S. and Canada, including the likes of top Los Angeles performing agents such as Jade Mills and Tomer Fridman.
Its platform includes plans that help agents build their digital presence through personalized websites while also handling marketing services, including managing SEO, social media and advertising.
“Agents work tirelessly to provide exceptional service to their clients,” founder and chief executive Kramer said. “Making sure they also receive that level of service has always been a top priority for our team. With our expert support now available day and night, we’re there to help anytime our client needs us.”
With the launch of Luxury Presence’s new 24/7 support feature, the company will now offer around-the-clock chat and email support to clients, with phone support rolling out soon, at any time of day including weekends.
To spearhead this new initiative will be Brittany Crawford, who comes to Luxury Presence after a decade leading the support team at digital and email marketing solutions provider Constant Contact.
“I’ve led high-performing, award-winning support teams throughout my career, and I’m excited to bring that experience to further elevate the terrific support organization at Luxury Presence,” Crawford said in a statement. “The launch of our 24/7 support is the first step in meeting our clients where and when it’s most convenient for them, with much more to come.”
Luxury presence is growing its luxury presence
Since Kramer founded Luxury Presence, the company has grown exponentially – growing two and a half times between 2022 and 2024 alone in terms of annual recurring revenue, finishing at $50 million last year.
A big factor in that growth is the increased reception from people of weaving technology into all walks of life, including the real estate industry.
“From the time that I started this back in 2016 to now, things have changed a lot in the awareness among professionals in this industry that technology is no longer optional, it’s a must have for them,” Kramer said. “That wasn’t always the case, and it definitely is now so we’re seeing just a lot of interest from really all agents and real estate business owners into how they can use technology to better serve their customers and get some of their time back.”
Last summer, Luxury Presence launched its own AI platform, dubbed “Copilot,” a mobile platform that combines AI-powered assistant and smart client collaboration features to meet the needs of its consumers – including client management, automated voice notes and AI-powered insights.
The firm is continuing to invest and research and development and explore new innovation models.
“We’re going to continue to launch new products and help solve more problems for our customers,” Kramer said. “Our goal is to build a really complete technology suite for the residential real estate industry.”
Looking ahead, Kramer shared that he’s hoping to eventually take Luxury Presence public and would love to expand the company’s international footprint.
