President, Chief Executive, Decron Properties
Nagel has served as the president and chief executive of Decron Properties since 1988, for which he oversees all aspects of the company’s daily activities. Under his leadership, Decron’s portfolio has grown into a $4.5 billion enterprise, owning and operating approximately 10,000 apartment units and 1 million square feet of office and retail centers throughout California, Washington and Arizona.
