Somer is a managing director of Eastdil Secured LLC, a real estate investment banking company. Somer has been with the company since 2003 and has been involved with the vast majority of Eastdil Secured’s Los Angeles office and studio investment sale transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
From my mom: “If you don’t ask, you don’t get.”
What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
“Dumb and Dumber.”
What’s at the top of your bucket list?
A month of unlimited travel and events, totally detached from work. And to play Augusta National Golf Club.
What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
It’s nirvana every day here.
