Spisso oversees UCLA Health’s four hospitals – the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital, and the Stewart and Lynda Resnick Psychiatric Hospital. She is also in charge of more than 250 outpatient clinics and the health system’s regional outreach strategy. One of the hospitals she oversees – the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center – often ranks among the top handful of hospitals in the nation. Spisso also oversees UCLA Health’s community partnerships. Prior to joining UCLA Health, Spisso spent 22 years as chief health system officer and vice president of medical affairs for the University of Washington in Seattle.
