Entrepreneur Bryant Howroyd founded ActOne Group in 1978 and grew it to become the largest Black-owned staffing firm in the world. She last month was honored at the Lantern Awards by Motivating Our Students Through Experience. She is also an appointee to the White House Initiative on Advancing Equity, Excellence and Economic Opportunity through Historically Black Colleges and Universities. In 2022 she was a Business Journal CEO of the Year honoree.
