Medina served as president of U.S. Bank’s Commercial Banking business for over seven years, leading its strategy for the integration of Union Bank into commercial banking. Medina has more than 35 years of banking and financial services experience, working at Bank of America for almost 20 years. Immediately prior to joining U.S. Bank, Medina helmed Bank of America business banking division as chief operating officer. He was previously market president and senior vice president, market executive for the Central Valley. Medina previously served as chair of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corp. and has served on the board of the Western Bankers Association. Medina also served on the board of directors for the California Bankers Association, a banking trade association that lobbies in Sacramento. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Pacific Coast Banking School, a graduate school that Medina attended.
