One of the firm’s newest partners, Jackson has taken lead roles in several high-profile matters. In addition to the five matters included herein, she achieved a favorable settlement for CoreLogic in litigation involving trade secret misappropriation and a favorable settlement for PricewaterhouseCoopers in a complex business dispute over the FCC’s Broadcast Incentive Auction. Jackson recently also obtained a settlement for Chapman University in a breach of contract case and is set to represent the country’s largest integrated health care system as lead counsel in a December trial.
