Andrea Wang Lucan joined Sidley Austin’s Los Angeles office with an established and highly respected reputation in the renewable energy industry. A partner in the firm’s Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure group, she advises clients in project development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, equipment purchase and sale agreements, and power purchase agreements. Her practice focuses on companies who are at the forefront of energy transition and are engaged in the development, construction and operation of solar power, wind power, energy storage, and alternative energy projects.
Lucan represents Southern California Edison, who she advised on a transmission project with the Morongo Band of Mission Indians to connect much-needed renewable resources with the grid.
