Christine Woodin focuses her active practice on intellectual property, including patent litigation and other high-stakes disputes. She has experience in all aspects of these cases, including counseling on pre-suit strategy, conducting effective offensive and defensive discovery, deposing witnesses and defending depositions, drafting dispositive and pre-trial motions, preparing for trial, presenting witnesses at trial and handling appeals. She has managed and developed the strategy for cases of all sizes in a variety of industries–from global licensing disputes to single patent assertions.
Recently, Woodin secured a series of wins for clients in technology cases. Among these was a complete defense verdict of no infringement and invalidity representing ClearOne Inc.
