Cityview has wrapped construction on Belle on Bev, a 243-unit mixed-use development in Historic Filipinotown.
It is now leasing and features modern apartments inspired by the area’s cultural and musical influences.
“We are proud to have partnered with the HiFi community to transform underutilized retail space into nearly 250 units of mixed-use housing,” Sean Burton, chief executive of Cityview, said.
The building features a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, offering 3,500 square feet of commercial space and 21 affordable units.
Its amenities include two rooftop decks, a pool and spa, a cocktail bar, a projected-art installation, an outdoor kitchen, wine and whiskey lockers, a club room, a garden, a media wall and scenic views of Los Angeles.
On a more unique note, Belle on Bev also features an in-house speakeasy – with lounge seating, dart boards and a poker table.
AC Martin, WPIC Construction and Nadia Geller Designs, worked on the project.
Cityview is a strong believer in providing market-rate, attainable living. The Century City-based development firm has a number of other recently completed local projects, such as Jasper, a 296-unit opportunity zone project in Historic South-Central, The Parker, a 123-unit apartment complex in Carthay, and Atrio, a 276-unit value-add renovation in Burbank.
