Bob Millman joined Littler in 1974 as the firm’s 18th attorney and has been an integral part of its growth, development and success for the past 50 years. In addition to founding Littler’s two Los Angeles offices, he also served as chair of Littler’s Board of Directors. Thanks to his contributions and tireless work, Millman has helped the firm expand its presence throughout California and nationally. Today, Littler is a global pow- erhouse with over 1,800 attorneys in over 100 offices in 28 countries spanning North America, South America, Asia and Europe.
At the age of 30, Millman faced the biggest chal- lenge of his career – opening the firm’s first Los Angeles office without a client base or name recognition in the area. With his business acumen, optimism, boundless energy and a determination to succeed, Millman went on to open two offices in Los Angeles that are still thriving today.
