Helen B. Kim is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing clients in securities and other complex commercial litigation. She represents public and private companies, as well as their directors, officers and principal shareholders before the courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Kim brings her three decades of bi-coastal winning experience in complicated business controversies to the table, with strong business judgment gained as a result of rigorous training and development of her business litigation practice in large law firms. She has successfully defended clients in multiple shareholder derivative suits, nationwide securities class actions and securities and commodities enforcement proceedings. She also guides companies and their officers through regulatory investigations. As a litigator, Kim identifies with her clients’ interests and is always mindful of the need to understand all aspects of their business as well as their objectives.
