Larry Iser is co-founder and managing partner of pre- mier entertainment law boutique Kinsella Holley Iser Kump Steinsapir. He handles complex litigation matters for extremely high-profile entertainment industry and corporate clients, including Mattel, Inc., SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and Kinetic Content, among others.
Iser, who brought groundbreaking lawsuits by Jackson Browne and David Byrne arising from the unau- thorized use of their songs in political advertising, continues to consult with recording artists and music publishers regarding infringements by the Trump and other political campaigns, including resolving claims against the campaign of Senator Rand Paul for the unauthorized use of the composition “Where in the World is Carmen San Diego.” Outside the political arena, Iser currently represents the Grammy-nominated musical duo Sofi Tukker and their music publisher Third Side Music (TSM) pursuing a number of claims for copyright infringement.
