Rachel Rosenberg is an associate principal and senior interior designer with Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC). She is a global, award-winning designer with multi-discipline, multi-market design experience. Throughout her career, Rosenberg has prioritized collective teamwork and success. She places a strong emphasis on acknowledging that the team is always stronger than the individual. Her leadership style revolves around ensuring there is a level playing field, where every team member’s contribution is valued, regardless of level of experience. She creates an environment where mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth and the collaborative journey is as rewarding as the end product.
Rosenberg believes mentorship and leadership of young talent in the industry contributes to the growth and development of the next generation of designers, and therefore the industry as a whole.
