Koren (Kori) Bell is a partner in Willkie’s Litigation Department, where she is a member of the White-Collar Defense, Strategic Motions & Appeals, and Investigations & Enforcement Practices. A nationally recognized litigator and former federal public defender, Bell’s diverse practice focuses on high-stakes trials (including last-minute trials), white-collar criminal defense, complex commercial litigation, government and internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters.
Bell has been lead counsel in some of the nation’s most complex and highly-publicized trials and appeals—including in a case she argued before the US Supreme Court. She has handled high-stakes matters for prominent individuals, public entities, and private companies across a range of industries—from entertainment to finance, technology, pharmaceutical and sports. Her successful representations span cross-border business
disputes to crisis management and all manner of criminal matters.
