Jaelyn Edwards Judelson is a highly regarded partner in Akin’s renowned international trade practice where she advises the world’s leading technology companies on complex export controls and sanctions compliance matters, voluntary disclosures and internal investigations in an increasingly dynamic regulatory landscape. Judelson regularly leads clients through high-stakes engagements on novel trade issues at the intersection of
advanced technology, national security and evolving geopolitics, including her clients in the software, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing space. Within the firm, Judelson co-chairs the Black Firmwide Resource Group and serves on both the firmwide and Los Angeles office diversity, equity and inclusion committees.
Judelson regularly advises clients about complex and quickly changing legal and business concerns for engagements involving Russia, Ukraine and entities based in the People’s Republic of China. She takes a coordinated and multidisciplinary approach to support clients in navigating new developments.
