At just 34 years old, Kyle Fishburn is wellknown in LA’s competitive commercial real estate industry as a rising star in retail leasing. Over his career, he has brokered more than 350 commercial real estate transactions across multiple product types. In the last 18 months, he completed 46 transactions valued at over $30 million and currently represents 1.25 million square feet of commercial space in the San Fernando Valley, Agoura Hills, Hollywood, West LA and Long Beach markets.
Fishburn is a self-made CRE professional with 10 years of brokerage experience. He was recently promoted to assistant vice president at Kennedy Wilson Brokerage in recognition of his performance, serving the firm with distinction as senior associate since 2019. He specializes in the leasing of grocery-anchored shopping centers, mixeduse projects with ground floor retail, and traditional street retail properties throughout Greater Los Angeles.
