Highpointe Communities, a community-focused real estate development company, has added Patrick Sinderhoff as Senior Land Acquisition Manager. Sinderhoff will focus on sourcing land opportunities, financial modeling and contract negotiations for new residential investments throughout Southern California and Central Texas.
