Beverly Hills-based boutique home builder Etco Homes has unveiled 425 Palm, 20 luxury condominiums in the heart of Beverly Hills. It is located at 425 North Palm Drive.
Condos range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. Prices start at $2.7 million and reach $6.7 million.
Carrie McNary, vice president of sales at Etco Homes, said the development will likely attract an older demographic.
“I think our buyer profile is going to be the empty nesters that want to downsize from their larger square foot homes, but don’t necessarily want to leave Beverly Hills,” McNary said. “425 Palm will give residents less maintenance and a lock-and-leave lifestyle so that they can travel and not worry about the unknown that they would with a single-family home.”
The unique set of residences was designed to function like an intimate community, according to McNary.
“It’s a boutique building with only 20 units, which I think provides each homeowner with exclusivity,” she said. “I really feel like this is a community of homeowners where everybody is going to know each other, and the 24-hour concierge will know you by name.”
Other amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor common area lounge, and a community rooftop featuring barbeques and a rooftop jacuzzi.
Designed by Kevin Tsai Architecture, 425 is meant to feel elegant and natural. It combines contemporary classical design with organic-inspired accents, including a 60-foot living green wall.
Etco Homes has developed two other luxury condo communities in Beverly Hills, 460 Palm, which opened in 2015, and 432 Oakhurst, which opened in 2013.
