She has represented such household names as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Equinox, Facebook, PepsiCo, Inc., SoulCycle and Life-Lock, among others, in trademark, copyright, Internet, and false advertising disputes.
Torres’ practice is global in scope, appearing in state and federal courts throughout the US and international tribunals. Clients frequently engage Torres to counter the growing threat of unfair trade practices abroad by enforcing and protecting their most important intellectual property assets ensuring their ability to operate successfully in foreign markets.
