Somer closed approximately $2.5 billion in deals in 2022, including the Village at Topanga, Westfield Promenade and the International Farming Corp. National Portfolio. He joined Eastdil Secured in 2003 and spent three years running the company’s European and Middle Eastern operations in London before returning to Los Angeles. Prior to joining Eastdil, Somer was at Cushman & Wakefield Inc. A USC alum, Somer currently serves as chair of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, a founding member of the Wilshire Club and a member of the Legends Club for the Genesis Invitational.
