Co-Founder, Chief Executive, Rising Realty Partners

Rising is the co-founder and chief executive of downtown-based Rising Realty Partners, which manages 5 million square feet of assets. Best known for its downtown office properties, the company has been expanding into industrial and residential. Rising has acquired five industrial sector properties in three states since the first quarter of 2021. Rising, who launched the company with his father, veteran developer Nelson Rising, was named CEO in 2019. Prior to starting the business, Rising held roles at a number of companies, including Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, Cushman Realty Corp., Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc. and MPG Office Trust Inc.
