Founder, Ratkovich Co.

Ratkovich founded the Ratkovich Co. more than four decades ago. In November, he emceed the groundbreaking of the 42-acre West Harbor development in San Pedro, which is expected to open in late 2024. Ratkovich is very active in the community. He serves as president of the 128-year-old Jonathan Club and is a lifetime trustee of the Urban Land Institute. He continues to be involved in the board at Homeboy Industries, where he chairs the real estate committee. He also co-chairs California Hospital Medical Center’s capital campaign and is a founding board member of the Downtown Women’s Center and founding board chair of the Wende Museum in Culver City.
