Chief Executive, Pardee Properties

Pardee is the chief and founder of Venice-based brokerage Pardee Properties. Since its inception in 2004, Pardee has sold more than $6 billion worth of residential and commercial real estate. In 2022, she sold more than $656 million worth of real estate across 333 units. Prior to founding Pardee Properties, Pardee earned a marketing degree at Boston University and worked at Paramount Pictures and as Sharon Stone’s assistant. The mother of six and longtime resident of Venice is also an entrepreneur and philanthropist. She’s actively engaged with her foundation, Life Change Warriors, which has donated more than $1.54 million to local charities.
