Owner, G.H. Palmer Associates

Palmer founded G.H. Palmer Associates in 1978. The diversified real estate company currently owns a portfolio of more than 15,000 Southern California apartment units valued in excess of $6 billion. Among its recently completed projects are the Paseos at Ontario and the Sea View Villas in the Pacific Palisades. The Ruspoli Tower in Los Angeles and two San Diego properties are currently under development. The company is looking to diversify into other markets. A third-generation California builder and attorney, Palmer earned his juris doctorate from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he endowed the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law.
