President, Nourmand and Associates

Nourmand oversees 175 real estate agents that sell approximately $1 billion of real estate annually. Nourmand is the second generation to run his eponymous firm, which has offices in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Hollywood. In addition, he helps clients sell estates, condos and income properties on the Westside, Eastside and in the Valley. A native of Beverly Hills, he received his bachelor’s degree from USC’s Marshall School of Business. Nourmand is on the board of the Beverly Hills Athletic Alumni Association and is a member of the Beverly Hills Rotary Club. He is also a past director of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
