In the last five years, Mills represented five of the top record-setting deals in Los Angeles, including The Chartwell Estate ($150 million), The Manor, also known as the Spelling Manor ($120 milliion), The Playboy Mansion ($100 million), the Paradise Cove Estate in Malibu ($100 million) and a confidential sale in Holmby Hills.
