As president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Southern California, Duran oversees more than 65 offices, almost 5,000 independent sales associates and 135 employees. Duran’s territory includes Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Diego counties. The combined areas achieved $22 billion in sales in 2022 and closed 15,700 units, with an average price of $1.4 million. Prior to taking on her current role, Duran was the president overseeing Orange, Riverside and San Diego counties, growing their numbers by 50% and achieving the number one market share in each county within a few years.
