Less than two years after he was hired for this position, Bohn was a driving force behind the announcement in July that USC would leave the Pacific 12 Conference and join the Midwest-based Big Ten Conference. USC’s football program has rebounded as one of the country’s most influential brands again with a major bowl game appearance, a Heisman winner, the men’s basketball team in the NCAA March Madness tournament, and a women’s beach volleyball team NCAA title. Last year, Bohn, was named Male Athletic Director of the Year by the Black Student-Athlete Summit for his commitment to enhancing the experiences of Black student-athletes at USC.
