Apple selected Schusser to manage Apple TV+ in January. He has been vice president of Apple Music since 2018 and before that led Apple Inc.’s iTunes International team. In 2020, Schusser was tapped to run Beats Electronics, the popular headphone manufacturer acquired by Apple in 2014. Under Schusser’s leadership, Apple unveiled a premium podcast service and new subscription options for users of the company’s music and radio apps. Schusser has been with Apple since the early days of the iPod. Prior to that, he was senior director of British telecommunications company Vodafone Group and vice president of marketing with early music streaming company Napster.
