Co-founder and General Partner, Fika Ventures

Ho is the co-founder of Westwood based-Fika Ventures, which opened in 2016 and has quickly become one of the most influential venture firms in the Los Angeles area. The firm, which makes seed-stage investments in startups, now has more than 50 companies in its portfolio and more than $350 million in assets under management. The firm has also partnered with L.A.-Tech.org to launch Fika Tech Career Academy, a mentorship program for budding entrepreneurs. Before starting Fika, Ho served as vice president of marketing and operations at Factual Inc. She is also on the board of the California Community Foundation and previously served as then-Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Entrepreneur in Residence.
