Monroe has been a principal at SullivanCurtisMonroe since 1990, when it was known as Sullivan & Curtis Insurance Brokers. Monroe manages the firm with seven partners and together they’ve grown it to nearly $450 million worth of premium transactions. Prior to his current role, Monroe was a vice president of Gerald J. Sullivan & Associates in downtown. Monroe graduated from Pepperdine and now serves on the university’s board. He is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California, the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, the World Presidents’ Organization and RiskProNet International.
