Amanda Zarrilli joined Leonard Green & Partners in 2019. Prior to LGP, Zarrilli worked in private equity at Goldman Sachs in its Principal Investment Area in New York from 2013 to 2019. Previously, she worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs from 2011 to 2013.
As one of the few female investment professionals in the Los Angeles private equity community, Zarrilli is a role model and mentor for younger women pursuing careers in this field. She is a solid contributor to investment committee discussions, where she regularly asks thoughtful questions and is not afraid to share her views with the firm. She serves on the boards of three Leonard Green portfolio companies (Epiphany Dermatology; Pye-Barker Fire & Safety; and Tecta America) and has evaluated a number of investment opportunities for the firm during her tenure.
