After graduating from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Bryan Luther joined the employment law firm Albright, Yee & Schmit, APC as an associate attorney where he represents individuals, businesses, corporations, and government entities in most aspects of employment and general litigation. Luther provides general and employment counseling and guidance to his corporate and government entity clients on an ongoing basis.
Luther recently successfully defended a Los Angeles County business from a claim of several million dollars forcing the plaintiffs to dismiss all claims within three months of filing. Luther also helped defend a well-known public figure against reputation-destroying and career-ending claims which necessitated litigation in both state and federal court, where the matter ultimately resolved for nuisance value, successfully protecting the reputation and livelihood of his client. Luther routinely conducts employment investigations for clients spanning the state of California.
